Note 1:  Plaxtol Parish Church was consecrated in 1649.  Previously the church for the area was Wrotham.  
The parish register for Plaxtol had pages missing which covered the years 1654 - 1695 which was rather unfortunate.

Note 2:    The headstone for Ephrahim COGGER in Plaxtol Church's graveyard is devoid of any inscription due to weathering of the stone (see scrapbook).  
Fortunately the inscriptions were recorded between 1890 and 1923 by Leland L Duncan and others and can now be found can be found on the Kent Archeology site.

Note 3:  The names of Thomas and Ephrahim COGGER occur in several manorial documents and it has been assumed that they are brothers, and that Ephrahim shares the same parents as Thomas.
