Will of Robert DEALL Grocer of Southampton 1814

I Robert Deall of the Town and County of Southampton, Grocer, do make, publicise and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.  I give to my servant Sarah Castor the sum of one hundred pounds.  All the rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be I give devise and bequeath unto equally between all the children of my sisters Bearta Bridges and Martha Guillaume, their heirs, exors admons and assigns as tenants as common and not as joint tenants and I do hereby make, nominate constitute and appoint Edward Deall Bridges of North Stoneham in the County of Southampton Gentleman, sole executor of this my will hereby revoking all former wills by me made in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventh day of September one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.


The mark of Robert Deall (LS signed sealed and published by the said Robert Deall in the presence of us, R ? , John Kellow and Thos Sutton.


Proved at London 23 September 1814 before the Judge by the oath of Robert Deal Bridges the sole executor to who admon was granted being sworn by commission duly to administer.
