This is the last
Will
and Testament of me
Mary
Burberry
of Brockham in the parish of Betchworth, Spinster. First I desire to be
decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herinafter mentioned.
First I give unto my sister
Mrs
Bowring
the sum of five pounds for her own private use and likewise 3 Gowns two
Green ones and the last new one. Secondly I give my brother
Thomas
Burberry
the sum of five pounds for his private use and last I give to my sister
Martha
Burberry
the sum of forty pounds for her great kindness and attention to me, to be
paid within 4 months after my decease. And my will is that my sister
Martha
should be sole Legatee to take all the rest and remainder of covering
apparel and whatever else I may possess. I likewise appoint my Father in
Law Thomas Uwins junior to my Executor to see the aforesaid things
transacted and done to the best of his judgement agreeable to my will
aforesaid signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us and each of us
in witness whereof we have our hand as witness whereof
