Will of John Tribbeck of the parish of Titchfield 1785
In the name of God Amen, I of John
Tribbeck of
the parish of Titchfield
in the county of Southampton
yeoman, being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory thanks be given to
Almighty God do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in
manner following. First I
give and bequeath unto my nephew James
Cleverly the
Sum of One hundred pounds which he owes me on his promisory note or some
other security. Also I give
and bequeath unto my nephew
Thomas Durman
and unto my two Nieces
Mary Durman
and Elizabeth
Durman the
Sum of One hundred pounds apiece to be paid unto them severally and
respectively within the space of twelve months after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my
Sister
Mary
and to my Brother in
Law William
Durman one
Shilling apiece. Also I give
and devise unto my Niece
Molly Baynes
the oldest Daughter
of my late Brother
James Tribbeck
deceased and now the Wife
of Mr James Baynes
All my freehold Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and
wheresoever To have and to
hold unto her my said Niece
Molly Baynes
her Heirs and Assignes forever. Also
I give and devise unto my said Niece Molly Baynes and my Niece Dorcas St
Barbe widow
All my Leasehold Messuage Lands and Tenements whatsoever and also all my
Goods Chattels and other personals Estate whatsoever To hold to them
their Executors Administrators and Assigns subject to the payment of
this several legacies herein before given
Lastly I do appoint my said two Nieces
Molly Baynes
and Dorcas Saint
Barbes joint
Execitrix’s
of this last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke and make void all
and every former Will and Wills by me made and declare this only to be
my last Will and Testament.

of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty two.
