Will of Ann Cogger Widow of Merton Bridge 1810 |
I Ann Cogger of
Merton bridge in the parish of Wimbledon in the county of Surrey Widow
hereby make my Will as follows Viz I give unto my grandson John
George Cogger One hundred pounds stock in the three per cent reduced
annuities as soon as he shall have attained the age of twenty one years
but in case he should happen to die before he attains the said age I give
the same unto my children hereinafter named or to such of them as may be
then living share and share alike. I give unto my son Thomas
Cogger and to my daughter Sophia now Sophia
Leppard and Hannah now Hannah
Leppard all my Estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever
after my just debts Funeral Expenses and the Charges of proving this my
Will hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Thomas Cogger and my
Son in Law William Leppard joint
executors of this my Will. In witness whereof Testatrix have hereunto set
my Hand and Seal this nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord
