William Bancks died intestate on 18 June 1812. On 10 October 1817 Elizabeth Bancks Widow and Relict of Wallgate Wigan took the usual oath of an Administratrix and made oath that the personal estate and effects of the Intestate were under the value of one hundred pounds. The document was witnessed by Henry Bancks, cotton spinner and James Bancks, cordwainer.
