This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Mayow Blanchard of All Saints Poplar in the county of Middlesex mast maker that is to say I will and bequeath unto my dear wife Ann Blanchard all my furniture together with my freehold house situated in Poplar aforesaid for her sole use and benefit during the term of her natural life and at her decease for the mutual benefit of all the children of my body who may be then living with the proviso that the house shall not be sold but the proceeds of the rent shall be equally divided between the aforementioned  children and I hereby appoint my dear wife Ann Blanchard and Benjamin Granger Bluett of the aforesaid parish of All Saints Poplar Executrix and executor of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.
